University of New Orleans North Campus Central Plant

Provide electrical and mechanical service for the housing of a new chiller plant and equipment to serve the North Campus Plant. Included are chillers and cooling towers designed to serve a load of 2, 000 tons with space for a 1,000 ton expansion.  The building will include space for future boilers or other hot water generation equipment and support spaces including office space.  Fan coil units will also be part of this project.  Demolition of the 11,000 square foot Warehouse Bldg
